FolksAround is built on kindness. This Acceptable Use Policy lists conduct and content that are not allowed on the Service.

Not allowed

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying or discrimination.
• Sexual solicitation, escort services, or adult content.
• Nudity, pornography, graphic violence, or shocking content.
• Illegal activity, weapons or drug sales, or promotion of self-harm.
• Spam, scams, MLM/pyramid schemes or unsolicited advertising.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
• Sharing private information of others without consent.
• Automated scraping or interference with the Service.

Reporting & enforcement

Every profile and message can be reported in-app. We review reports within 24 hours and may warn, suspend or permanently ban members who violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
